Located in Southern Vermont, this house is a LEED project. The owner is very aware of prioritizing quality mechanicals, in terms of both function and design. The pronounced screws holding the cement siding in place are an example of this aesthetic. As one of the owners said, “If it is doing something then I don’t mind seeing it.”
